All transactions on the 2569 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to you and were obtained through legitimate means. Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Taxes & Financial Obligations

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings interrupted by technical issues, internet connectivity disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. 2569's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the preceding thirty (30) calendar days.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation. For accounts closed for other reasons, any valid balance may be reclaimed in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
